The site
This site is run by DJAquafina, a music producer and audio engineer based in South Carolina. It presents beats, studio services and ways to get in touch. You agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with it, attempt to break into it, or misuse the booking form.
Beats and licenses
Beats are sold and licensed through BeatStars. Buying a beat gives you a license under the terms shown on the beat’s BeatStars page and in your purchase receipt, not ownership of the beat. Payments, delivery, and refunds for beat purchases are handled by BeatStars under its own terms. See Licensing Info for a summary.
Studio services
Sending a booking request does not guarantee a session. A session is booked once DJAquafina replies and confirms the date, time, location, and price with you. Studio time is billed at the rate shown on the site, with the minimum shown, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Mobile sessions are subject to availability and location.
Intellectual property
The site’s design, logo, text, and audio, including all beats and instrumentals, belong to DJAquafina or are used with permission. You may view the site for your own use. You may not copy, download, redistribute, or use its content, including preview audio, except as your license or a written agreement allows.
Third-party services
The site uses services run by others, such as the BeatStars player and store. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and DJAquafina is not responsible for them or for links to other sites.
No guarantees
The site and its content are provided as they are. DJAquafina tries to keep information accurate and the site available, but does not promise that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Prices and availability can change.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, DJAquafina is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the law that cannot be limited.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. The date at the bottom shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States.
